You pick the project, engineer the conditions, run a 90-minute deep block, then a second one, then track and protect your focus, push through a tough session, and ship visible progress by Day 7. The output is two-fold: a piece of real work moved forward, and a permanent shift in how long you can hold attention. The skill compounds for the rest of your life.
