Inside This Challenge
Most goals fail not because they're too ambitious but because they were never actually plans. This sprint converts one real goal into one real plan. You cut your list to a single goal, reverse-engineer it to daily actions, build a calendar that forces those actions, write down and burn your excuses in advance, lock in an accountability anchor that makes quitting socially expensive, push through the first wall (which usually shows up on Day 4-5), and learn how to measure and adjust without quitting. By Day 7 you don't have a goal anymore - you have a plan running.
